Kensington Curbside Pickup Information

1. Service is currently available at the Kensington location (12510 - 132 Ave NW Edmonton).
2. There is no minimum order size.
3. The cutoff time for placing orders for same day pickup is 12 PM. Same day order pickup is available starting at 4 PM.
4. Orders placed after 12 PM will be available for pickup the following day starting at 4PM.
5. To have your groceries brought out, please call the store at 780-451-3700. Provide your name, order number, the model of your vehicle and its color.  You will also need to provide photo identification.
6. Orders will only be accepted if placed online on our curbside pickup order page. Go to www.handwproduce.com and select curbside pickup to get started.
7. You are not required to sign up with an account, however, it will make repeat orders faster if you do.
8. Orders must be paid with a credit card at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.
9. For your safety, your credit card information is not stored anywhere within our system.
10. Orders will be held until the end of the next day.
11. As we do not have access to your credit card information, refunds for unclaimed orders must be done in store. Refunds must be made to the credit card used when the order was placed. The name on the card must match the name on the order.
